From cooking in the home office to technology in the star kitchen

The Trivadis and Microsoft Home Office Challenge will take place from 7 June to 2 July. Star chef Tobias Hoesli from the Marktküche restaurant in Zurich is also taking part and has prepared a special challenge for the participants. In the interview, he tells us how we can eat in a varied way even in times of home offices and closed restaurants and where he sees a lot of potential for technology in the world of cuisine.
